The Brand
Maktabi is the first concept for a GCC-based multinational business centre initiated in Oman. Moreover, the first Business Centre project has an Arabic name, i.e. Maktabi is an Arabic phrase which translates to “My Office” in the English language.
The Colors
Blue: Carries the blue symbolism of importance, confidence, power, and authority. This degree of Midnight Blue is associated with intelligence, stability, unity, and conservatism. Being very dark, midnight blue can sometimes be a neutral like black, which is also often seen as a conservative and authoritarian colour.
Green: Green is life. Abundant in nature, green signifies growth, renewal, health, and environment. Green is the colour of nature. It symbolizes growth, harmony, freshness, and fertility. Green has strong emotional correspondence with safety. Green has great healing power. It is the most restful colour for the human eye; it can improve vision. Green suggests stability and endurance. In heraldry, green indicates growth and hope.
We Are Number 1
The letter M is the first pronounced and written letter of the brand in English specifically and the same letter pronounced in every other language. However, there is much more to the M of Maktabi. The M of Maktabi has been conceptualized to reflect the pioneer brand; the blue reflected Number 1 combined with the green reflected Number 1, together read the letter M.

Maktabi Al Wattayah: Its name from its location in the strategic commercial district of Al-Wattayah, which connects the business district to the bank district in Ruwi on the one hand, and the new commercial districts of Al Qurm and Al Khuwair on the other. The Business center functioning in 5th floor office in area around 500 SQM. The property offers modern beautifully designed business Centre in a strategic central location of Muscat city. Maktabi Al Wattayah Business center have 24 ready to use fully furnished offices with 50 workstations.
Lamar Bausher: Our latest addition to our business center located in Lamar Bausher and is placed in the heart of the commercial area in Bausher. The property offers beautifully designed fully furnished and serviced offices as Lamar Business Centre in a strategic central location of Muscat city. The office space is divided in to 28 offices having 50 workstations with furnished with desks, chairs, telephones and internet connectivity.
